Our story so far...
Founded in 2015 as part of PIB Group, PIB Employee Benefits was formed to fill the gap in the employee benefits market for an independent, service-focused specialist and intermediary. Built on the core principles of service, expertise and experience, we’ve grown rapidly through a mix of strategic recruitment and acquisition to build a team of some of the most experienced and respected experts in our industry.

Charities
Our amazing colleagues across PIB Group actively supported over 100 local charities and causes through fundraising or volunteering efforts in 2022.
Community Trust
In 2021, PIB Group launched its PIB Community Trust – a key part of our CSR programme which provides funding to support the charitable endeavours of our colleagues.
Net Zero
PIB Group is on a journey to carbon neutrality and have an environmental strategy that aims for the whole PIB Group to be Net Zero by the year 2035.
