Founded in 2015 as part of PIB Group, PIB Employee Benefits was formed to fill the gap in the employee benefits market for an independent, service-focused intermediary.

Built on the core principles of service, expertise and experience, we’ve grown rapidly through a mix of strategic recruitment and acquisition, to build a team of some of the most experienced and respected experts in our industry.

As a result, the breadth of our team and skillset is vast – from highly specialist wellbeing consultants supporting large organisations through issues such as complex reward strategy and M&A, to expert brokers working with small business leaders to ensure they remain compliant, prepared and protected in an ever-changing world.
